It has so very helpful personnel on the reception desk. The room is nicely decorated and there are incredible views to lovely beach. The setting is extremely quiet, really close to Cromer along the beach in the evening when the tide was out, the cafe, and the garden area, quiet area. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Mary's Shell.
